The God of All Comfort

Who of us is not in need of comfort today? Who in this world does not crave to know comfor, especially at times when the world is in such chaos and turmoil, when wars and violence and terrorism is on the increase, when marriages are under attack and falling apart, when families are breaking up as children rebel against parents, when corruption seems to be the new normal in politics and policing, when gender and sexuality are upside down. When loved ones are terminally ill, When business are going under, when people are being retrenched, when professing Christians and even entire denominations are turning their back on the truth of God’s revelation. Who is not needing to hear a word of Comfort from the Lord God?
