Christian history, as well as our culture, has made us sceptical of miracles. As a result, we run a risk of approaching passages like Acts 3:1-26 with a similar skepticism which will hinder us from plumbing the depths of God’s Word and appreciating His power. As we approach passages like this, we need to remember the reason for God’s miracles, they were not performed because it was a call thing to do, they all had purposes.
